Cake Order Policy

Thank you for choosing us for your special occasion! Please read our order policy carefully to ensure a smooth and seamless experience:

1. Deposit & Payment: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order. The remaining balance is due before or on the day of pickup/delivery.
2. Custom Orders: While we always strive to create a cake that reflects your vision, please note that we cannot replicate cakes exactly as seen in inspiration photos. Each cake we design is unique, and we will do our best to bring your ideas to life while making it one-of-a-kind.
3. Changes & Cancellations: If you need to make any changes to your order, please notify us as soon as possible. Due to the custom nature of our cakes, cancellations and changes within 72 hours of the event may not be possible.
4. Delivery & Pickup: For wedding cakes and larger custom orders, please provide us with the delivery address and any specific delivery instructions. We are not responsible for cakes once they leave our care.
